OVERALL CHARGES

Here is a breakdown of how the final price of an order is calculated:

Item Price + buyer fee (15% of items total cost) + s&h/fees to me (varies by order) + s&h to you

If your country's Paypal doesn't allow yen to be sent as a personal gift, I'll need to charge you the Paypal transfer fee as well (3.9% + 40 yen).

SHIPPING

I ship worldwide!! There are 3 shipping options (based on speed/cost) you can choose from:

SAL (takes 2 weeks) : not insured
Airmail (takes 1 week) : not insured
EMS (takes 2-5 days) : insured and trackable

SAL and Airmail can be registered for an additional 410 yen.

BUYING OPTIONS

I will buy anything except adult/18+ material, so no hentai/yaoi/etc. Typical things I've gotten for people include stationery, jpop goods, books and kigurumi.

BUYING IN PERSON

I do not mind going to shops WITHIN TOKYO to buy items for you. However please be aware that the store must be within 30 minutes (one way train ride) from Ikebukuro, and you will need to pay for the train fare for me going to the store(s).

BUYING FROM WEB SHOPS

Making purchases from online stores in Japan is fairly easy, but please be aware that most shops charge for shipping and handling to me. Smaller shops charge more for s&h and can have additional fees.

BUYING FROM AUCTION SITES

- SITES I DO NOT BUY FROM: Mbok/Mobile Auction, Au Auction

HOLDING ITEMS: I will hold items for ONE MONTH if you want to buy from multiple places/ do combined shipping. Orders requiring more time will be sent in split shipments.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payment Method: PayPal
Payment Currency: JAPANESE YEN
**PayPal will automatically convert your payment if you select Japanese Yen as the currency when sending me money.

ORDERING PROCESS

Here’s the typical flow when you place an order:

FOR IN PERSON OR WEBSHOP PURCHASES:

You contact me using the ITEM ORDER FORM or email (shoptokyo@gmail.com) with your order.
If the order is possible, I give you a quote including the buyer fee + shipping & handling/all fees.
After you send the given amount through PayPal, the item is ordered and shipped to my house. At this point, I’ll send you an email letting you know it was ordered & again when it arrives.
I ship it to you :D If you had the item shipped registered mail or EMS, I’ll provide you with the tracking ID as well so you can see its progress to you.

FOR AUCTION ITEM PURCHASES:

You contact me using the ITEM ORDER FORM or email (shoptokyo@gmail.com) with your order.
I require you to send me the max amount you’d like placed on the auction before I begin bidding. Payment for s&h is worked out after the auction finishes.
After you send the given amount through PayPal, the bid is placed, and we wait until the auction is over.
If we lose the auction, your money will be refunded. If we win, I will email you with a quote of the final cost including the buyer fee + shipping & handling/all fees.
I ship it to you :D If you had the item shipped registered mail or EMS, I’ll provide you with the tracking ID as well so you can see its progress to you.
